The data controller for your personal data is the entity operating the Itinexia platform ("we", "our" or "the Platform"), based in Madrid, Spain.

We collect the data necessary to provide our travel planning and booking service: name, email address, phone number (optional), travel details (destination, dates, number of travellers, preferences), and, when you make a booking, the information required for check-in and billing.

We also collect technical data (IP address, browser type, language) and usage data (chat interactions, searches) for the proper functioning of the service and to improve your experience.

We use your data to: (a) manage your account and hotel and flight bookings; (b) handle your enquiries and provide support; (c) improve our services and user experience; (d) send you transactional communications (confirmations, reminders); and (e) send you offers and news, only if you have given your consent.

The legal basis for processing is performance of the contract (bookings and support), legitimate interest (service improvement, security), and, where applicable, your consent (marketing, non-essential cookies).

Your data may be shared with accommodation and transport providers we work with to fulfil your booking, as well as with payment and technical infrastructure providers acting as processors. We do not sell your personal data.

Some of these providers may be located outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, we ensure appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions) in accordance with applicable law.

We retain your data for as long as you have a relationship with us and, thereafter, for the periods required by law (billing, claims, tax obligations). Chat conversation data may be retained to improve the service and assistant quality, within the limits permitted by law.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection by contacting info@itinexia.com. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in Spain, the AEPD: www.aepd.es).
