Terms and Conditions

By accessing and using the Itinexia platform (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

Itinexia is a platform that allows you to plan and book accommodation and flights through a conversational interface. We act as an intermediary: we are not the provider of the accommodation or transport; the services are provided by third parties (hotels, airlines, etc.) that we work with. The accuracy of the information displayed (prices, availability, conditions) depends on those providers.

You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to contract in your jurisdiction. It is the user's responsibility to comply with applicable local laws when using the Service.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not use the Service for fraudulent purposes, fake bookings or uses that harm third parties or the Platform.

When you confirm a booking, you agree to pay the total amount indicated (including taxes and fees where applicable). Payment is processed through secure payment providers; Itinexia does not store full card details. Cancellation and refund conditions are those that apply in each case to the accommodation or flight provider, and will be shown to you before you confirm the booking.

Prices displayed may be subject to change until confirmation. We reserve the right to correct obvious errors (e.g. price typos). In the event of a price error, we will contact you to confirm or cancel the booking as appropriate.

To the extent permitted by law, Itinexia shall not be liable for the acts or omissions of hotels, airlines or other providers, or for interruptions, inaccuracies or indirect damages arising from use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is"; we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absence of errors.

The content of the Platform (design, text, logos, software) is the property of Itinexia or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. Unauthorised use, copying or reproduction for commercial purposes is not permitted.

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Madrid, Spain, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
